§ 01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "You", "User") and bat936 ("bat936", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). bat936 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related entertainment services.

• The minimum deposit amount on bat936 is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier.
• bat936 applies no platform-side deposit processing fees. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are outside bat936's control.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will trigger account review.

• Deposited funds are used for gaming purposes only. bat936 accounts are not interest-bearing.

§ 05 Withdrawals

• Bonus Funds: Bonus credit is not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must be converted to real-money balance through the satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be initiated against that portion of your balance.
• Refusal Rights: bat936 reserves the right to decline or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC, resolution of an ongoing AML review, or investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violation.

§ 06 Bonuses & Promotions

bat936 offers various promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all bat936 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

§ 07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bat936 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as sport-specific and game-specific rules displayed within each product section. The following general provisions apply:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bat936 does not honour bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from technical errors, data feed failures, or human input mistakes.
• bat936 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome is affected by factors that contravene the integrity of the event, including match-fixing, doping violations, or force majeure events.
• In-play bets are subject to live feed latency. bat936 may void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has already been determined, even where the result had not yet been communicated to the platform.
• bat936's settlement decisions on disputed bets are final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event settlement date.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per player are specified in the platform's betting rules and are subject to bat936's liabilities management at its sole discretion.

§ 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bat936 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one bat936 account, regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to access or interact with bat936 services.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting promotions.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using bat936 as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.

§ 09 Account Suspension & Closure

bat936 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• A player has not satisfied KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• The account is involved in, or linked to, activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a regulatory authority.
• The player is identified as being under the age of 21.

Upon account closure for cause, bat936 may withhold any balance pending completion of an investigation. Verified balances unconnected to fraudulent activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any investigation.

§ 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bat936 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of bat936 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bat936 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
